Injection Mold Setter
2nd & 3rd Shifts
As an Injection Mold Setter, you will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining injection molds to ensure efficient production processes. This role is critical in maintaining product quality and ensuring smooth operations in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust injection molding machines and molds according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or mold issues to minimize downtime
- Monitor production runs to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Maintain molds, perform preventative maintenance, and make necessary repairs
- Document machine settings, mold conditions, and production data
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Ensure molds are properly loaded and set up for production
- Assist with material changes, mold changes, and setup adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical training preferred)
- Proven experience in injection molding machine setup and operation
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, troubleshooting, and mold maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and safety-conscious environment

Injection Mold Operator
All Shifts Available
As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our products while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding machines and other related equipment according to set specifications
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to production schedules
- Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and overall quality standards
- Document production data and quality checks
- Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth production flow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification is a plus)
- Prior experience in injection molding operations or manufacturing is preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

Production Support Technician
All Shifts Available
Production Support Technicians are required to manage both raw materials and finished goods for the Production Department. Operate a forklift in a safe manner and work with production supervisors, leads and machine operators to ensure that all the equipment’s needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift safely observing all safety rules.
- Follows the directions of Supervision/Leads. Follows all procedures.
- Stage all raw materials for orders at production equipment in a timely manner.
- Remove all trash from department and place it in proper container.
- Clean Driers/Grinders and Hoppers for material changes.
- Support the team in other warehouse or production tasks as needed.
- Will conduct themselves in an appropriate and professional manner always with all employees and outside services.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must have previous material handling experience.
- Must work well within a team environment
- Detail oriented with good organization and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Math and Reading skills a must

The noise level is usually loud. Most everyone within the business works on a time schedule with deadlines. Being a manufacturing company, the work and general environment can become somewhat hectic at times; therefore, it is essential that the employee is able to; physically and emotionally, effectively handle the anxieties associated with the job.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs., bending, standing, sitting, climbing.
Quality Technician
2nd & 3rd Shifts
As a Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet strict quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing materials, and identifying any defects or areas for improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to check product specifications
- Document inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions taken
- Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Work closely with the production team to resolve any quality-related issues
- Assist with troubleshooting and identifying root causes of quality problems
- Perform testing on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet industry standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality control activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and work in a clean, organized environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent manufacturing, or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Ability to use various measurement tools and testing equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
- Knowledge of ISO standards or other quality certifications is a plus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
