We are not the standard ‘Shoot and Ship’ plastic injection molding company. We help take your ideas and create a superior process and product, making us the market leader in precision injection molding.

Our Leadership
Brian O’Leary
President
Brian and his wife Andrea founded Innovative Plastics Molders 20 years ago. Brian strives to guide our team to implement his vision and goals for our organization. His passion for plastics has driven him to build a legacy for his family and everyone that has been with him during this journey.
Brian loves spending time in the outdoors, fishing and boating. He enjoys being with his family including his furry loyal dog, Monroe.
Leyla Heath
Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager
Leyla is responsible for ensuring our production is efficiently sourced with all materials and components needed. She is also responsible for managing our inventory levels and warehouse facility.
Originally from Peru, she is soon to be married to her fiancé Bill, with whom they share six kids and their newfie, Bison.
Jackie Gauder
Engineering Manager
Jackie oversees the development and execution of all new projects and manages its budgets, and customer pricing. She is also responsible for new tool builds. Jackie has been with IPM for 12 years.
She is married to her husband Joe and has two beautiful children. Jackie enjoys traveling with her family and crafting.
Nikki Smith
Planning & Scheduling Manager
Nikki oversees the development of production schedules and analyzing forecast demands to meet all customer requirements.
She is married to her husband, Troy and has two wonderful children, Everly and Levi. In her spare time, she enjoys running and gardening.
Travis O’Leary
Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Travis graduated from the Ohio State University with a Master’s degree in Industrial Systems and Engineering with a Specialization in Manufacturing. Travis has grown up with a passion for IPM and we are honored to have him as part of our team.
During his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, especially fishing and spending time with family and friends.
Madeline Fig
Production Scheduler
Maddie is our production planner and manages the production processes of all our machines to ensure that we meet customer’s deadlines.
Maddie enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her cat Macaroni. She loves watching new movies and trying new restaurants.
Mick Berning
Manufacturing Manager
As Manufacturing Manager, Mick Berning is responsible for overseeing all plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. He values teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
In his spare time, Mick enjoys fishing, playing cornhole, and making memories with his family.
Kellie Hammonds
Quality Specialist
Kellie is responsible for ensuring every part we produce meets customer requirements and industry standards. Overseeing inspections, production processes, and working closely with our team to identify and prevent quality issues. Also ensuring all paperwork and documentation on the production floor is accurate and up to date.
In her free time, Kellie enjoys hiking and spending time with her four-legged baby, Lainey.
